Rex Petit is situated right in the heart of Stockholm on Luntmakargatan, a quiet street in the middle of an exciting area, Vasastan, which is full of lively restaurants, caf\u00e9s and shops. The hotel is only two stops on the underground (metro) from the Central Station and a short walk to all central shopping areas, museums and sights.<\/span><\/p>\n
Rex Petit is situated at Luntmakargatan 73, a block away from the underground station of R\u00e5dmansgatan and about 37 kilometres from Arlanda Airport. The area is the centre for much of Stockholm\u2019s media and music industry. Here you can find several record companies and advertising agencies, web development agencies and photographic studios.<\/span><\/p>\n
There are about 50 restaurants within convenient walking distance from the hotel. They cater to all tastes from traditional Swedish, Italian and French to Asian, Latin American, Lebanese and Iranian cuisine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Arlanda Express

Commuter train
\n<\/strong>SL\u2019s commuter trains to Stockholm depart from Arlanda Central Station in SkyCity. SkyCity is located between Terminals 4 and 5. Total travel time between Stockholm Arlanda and Stockholm Central Station is 37 minutes. You can purchase tickets at SL sales points and at Arlanda Central station. Airport shuttle<\/strong>
\n<\/span>The airport buses depart outside the Arrivals Hall with departures every 10 minutes during peak hours. The bus ride to Cityterminalen in Stockholm takes about 40 minutes. The bus journey to Cityterminalen in Stockholm takes about 80 minutes. Single ticket for adults is 199 SEK when purchased online \u2013 a bit more when acquired at the station.<\/span><\/p>\n

From Stockholm Central to Rex Petit<\/span><\/h3>\n
By foot
\n<\/strong>You can walk from Stockholm Central Station to Rex Hotel in about 15 minutes. Walk north on Vasagatan. Turn right into Olof Palmes gata. Turn Left at Sveav\u00e4gen. Turn right at R\u00e5dmansgatan. Turn left into Luntmakargatan, and you will arrive at Rex Petit on the left hand side of the street.<\/span><\/p>\n
Taxi
\n<\/strong>A taxi should cost about 160 SEK (16 Euros) and there are taxis to be found outside the main entrance. We recommend Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir, Green Cab or Taxi 020.<\/span><\/p>\n
Underground
\n<\/strong>The underground entrance of T-Centralen is on the ground floor of the Central Train Station. You can get your tickets at the barriers. To get to Rex Hotel you take the green line in the direction towards H\u00e4sselby. Get off at R\u00e5dmansgatan station and take the exit marked Tegn\u00e9rgatan. Walk down the street called R\u00e5dmansgatan. The first crossing street is Luntmakargatan and the hotel is located on this street at number 73.
